Yes, we offer a free plan that provides access to the following features:
Procure devices and peripherals across 8 countries at competitive rates
Set up countries and create catalogs of items for provisioning by country
Order equipment for your employees or allow them access to the marketplace
Manage employees and assets across multiple countries
The number of devices you can assign depends on your subscription plan:
Support Plan: 1 device per user
Secure Plan: Up to 3 devices per user
Complete Plan: Up to 3 devices per user
If a user exceeds the allowed device limit, our platform will automatically calculate an additional fee for the extra device.
Yes, if the number of active users exceeds your current subscription plan, a prorated fee will be applied for each additional user.
Subscription fees are based on the number of active users you onboard onto the platform.
New users are charged a prorated fee based on the number of days remaining until the end of your current subscription period. The start date for billing begins on the date you onboard the new employee.
The formula used is for the Pro-Rated fee:
Monthly Price ÷ 30 × Days Remaining Until Expiry
Billing occurs at the end of each monthly subscription period. Invoices are issued at the beginning of the following month.

Yes, you can request to upgrade the plan for individual users or your entire team. To make the request:
Go to the Team section
Click the edit (pencil) icon next to the user
Select the desired plan and click "Confirm"
Once submitted, our sales team will get in touch with you to confirm the upgrade.
Yes, you can have multiple subscription plans under a single company account. This means you can assign different plans to different users based on their roles or needs, all within the same domain.
Our subscription plan allows for a one-time transfer to a new user once the old user has been offboarded. If the transfer limit is exceeded, it will be considered a new subscription for the new user.
The one-time subscription transfer allows you to transfer an active subscription from an offboarded user to a new user one-time off.
Here’s how it works:
The subscription will be transferred once from the offboarded user to the new user.
After the transfer is completed, the subscription becomes tied to the new (last) user, even if that user is later offboarded as well.
No further transfers will be allowed for that subscription.
