📌Recommended use case:Â
Remotely restart devices to apply updates, resolve software issues, or perform maintenance.
📌Pre-Requisite
You need to be an IT/HR Admin to trigger these action.
Your organization needs to be on the Secure or Complete Plan.
The device must be listed under "Managed Devices" and have an "Active" status.
The device needs to have the JumpCloud agent installed and be online i.e. connected to the Internet for the actions to execute successfully.
📌What happens after submitting?
When connected to the Internet, the device shuts down and powers up again to the login screen.
Note: Device status takes 5-10 minutes of buffer time to be updated.Â
