Introduction

If the current platform owner is leaving the company, it’s important to transfer ownership to an active admin to ensure continued access and management of the platform. This process helps maintain smooth operations and prevents any disruption in administrative control.

To proceed, select an existing active admin to become the new platform owner. Only users with admin privileges are eligible to receive ownership rights.
