There are 3 actions listed as last mile services: Store, Re-Deploy, and Dispose. In the event of device replacement for an employee or the need to retrieve a device from them, we offers these convenient services to ensure a seamless experience without any logistical concerns. We'll handle the entire process, leaving you free from worries about device management logistics.
Offboard the User with the Device
We assist in remotely or physically retrieving the device from the user upon departure.
Includes secure data wipe, return logistics, and confirmation of receipt.
Store the Device in Our Warehouse
After collection, devices can be stored securely in our facility.
Ideal for temporary holds before reassignment or for inventory management.
Transfer Device from Old Employee to New Employee
Devices are picked up from the offboarded employee, refurbished if needed, and delivered to the new joiner.
Includes reconfiguration, asset tagging, and user provisioning.
Device is Out of Lifecycle
For expired or obsolete hardware, we offer:
Certified recycling or disposal
E-waste documentation
Data destruction certificates
Offboard the Device Only (Not the User)
For cases where devices need to be removed or replaced without terminating the user (e.g., upgrades, break-fix swaps).
We handle pickup, reconfiguration, and/or disposal.
All services include the following:

Device Reformatting
Reporting
For disposal, we will provide a Data Erasure Certificate (optional)

Support & Complete Plan: There is no service fee for these services; you will only be billed for logistics fees.
Credits Plan: Support will be deducted from your credits balance. For further information regarding the Credits Plans, please contact our team at customersupport@esevel.com.
