The Team module is your central destination for all employee-related matters. This page is your go-to spot to gain visibility on your current employees, employee details and conveniently submit on-boarding and off-boarding requests. We take care of the procurement and IT tasks associated with these requests, significantly reducing the time and effort you spend on these administrative tasks.
Team Dashboard Overview
+New Employee: Add a new employee to the platform.
Bulk Upload: Upload multiple employees at once using a .CSV template.
2) Team Tabs
Employees: Shows all active employees.
Onboarding: Raising the onboarding request.
Offboarding: Raising the offboarding request.
3) Filter & Search
Multiple dropdowns and search bar to filter employee data:
By name/ID, country, status, department, plan, etc.
Also includes a dropdown to change the view (e.g., view one-time stipend).
4) Total Employee Count
Displays the total number of employees currently shown in the list (in this case, 35 Employees).
5) Employee Table Headers
This table displays key details for each device in your inventory. Here's what each column means:
Employee Name: Shows the full name of the employee. Below the name, it also shows Department and Position
Country: Indicates the country where the employee is located or based.
Status: Displays the employee's current status in the system (e.g., Active, Pending, etc.). This reflects whether the employee is onboarded, offboarded, or still in process.

Date Added: The date when the employee record was created or added to the system.
Total Stipend Budget: Shows the budget allocated for employee stipends and if the company admin enable the stipends feature for the employee, if no stipend is given, it will show "No stipend allocated".
Plan: Indicates the support or service plan assigned to the employee. Examples:
Secure (up to 3 devices).
Support (1 device).
Complete (3 devices).
Device Assigned: Displays how many devices are currently assigned to the employee. Only calculate the laptop/macbook.
Plan Start Date: The date when the employee’s plan or support coverage started.
Employee Managed?: Shows whether the employee's device(s) are managed by the MDM system (Jumpcloud). Only available on Secure & Complete Plan.
6) Action Buttons (Per Employee Row)
Each row has icons for quick actions. From left to right.
First icon: To re-send the verification email if the employee not activate the Esevel account yet.
Second icon: To upgrade the user's plan to the higher plan.
Third icon: To viewing and editing employee profile.
7) Export List
Download the currently filtered list into a .csv format for reporting or offline reference.
💡Tip: You can also click directly on an employee’s row to view more detailed information, including:
Adjusting the stipend amount (if the stipend feature is enabled)
Changing the employee’s device status from Unmanaged to Managed. Only available on Secure & Complete Plan.
This provides a more in-depth view beyond what’s shown in the main inventory table.
