How to install and setup
A simple guide to install and setup HelpDesk remote tool.
Click the link to proceed with the remote tool download: <Remote tool Link>
You will be redirected to the Join Remote Session page. Enter your name and click "Join Session."
3. Tick the agreement box and click “Download”.
4. Go to the “Downloads folder” and open the downloaded file.
5. The Helpdesk application window will pop up. “Double click the icon” to proceed with the installation.
6. A download confirmation window will appear. Click "Open" to start the Helpdesk Remote Session
7. Once done, the Helpdesk application will open automatically. Please wait for IT to connect to your device to proceed with the setup of the new laptop.
