How to Verify My Account?
Your account will be created by the Administrator of the site.
Once created, you will receive an email notification to the registered email address. The link will expire within 24 Hours.
If you encounter any issue during the verification process, please reach us at customersupport@esevel.com with your registered email address.
My account verification link has expired, what should i do?
Please reach us at customersupport@esevel.com.
We will resend the link to you. Once you receive it, please access the link within 24 hours. If you do not receive the email, please check your SPAM folder as well.
Go to the top-right corner of the page.
Click on "Profile."
Update your details.
Click on "Update Details" to save the changes.
You are able to upload a maximum of 3 files with each file not exceeding 2MB in storage size.
Go to the top-right corner of the page.
Click on "Profile."
Click on "Change Password." on the bottom of the page.
Fill in your current password and create the new password.
Click on "Save Changes" to save the changes.
There could be a few reasons for this:
You did not fill in the serial number when creating a device record OR when bulk uploading devices.
If you purchased the device through our marketplace, please note that we do not have access to the serial numbers by default. The serial number will need to be entered manually by your organization’s admin once the device has been received.
To update the serial number of a device, follow these steps:
Go to Inventory
Select the relevant device
Click the pencil icon to edit
Enter the serial number
Click "Save Changes"
This should be done by an admin once the device has been received.
To change your password, follow these steps:
Click on your profile icon in the upper-left corner of the page.
Select “My Profile” from the dropdown menu.
Scroll down to the “Security” section.
Click on “Change Password” and follow the prompts to update your login credentials.
Why am I unable to view a specific country on my marketplace?
