Rather than creating a standard order immediately, this feature is used to initiate a request. This gives our team the opportunity to review your hardware needs and provide you with the most competitive pricing available for large-scale procurements.

1. Once your ticket has been submitted, please expect a response from the relevant team within 1 to 4 business hours.

2. This feature is to raise a request only; you will not be able to place the final bulk order yourself. Once the quote and order details are confirmed by you, our team will place the order on your behalf.
