INSTALL JUMPCLOUD AGENT ON YOUR DEVICE
MANUAL ENROLLMENT
FOR MACBOOK USERS

You will receive an email with the subject "Action Required: Agent Installation."
1) Download the MDM profile using the "Download Agent" button.
2) Go to the Downloads folder on your MacBook.
3) Double-click the profile_jc.mobileconfig file, and then click "Allow" to proceed with the download.
4) Go to "System Settings" on your MacBook, click "General", and then select "Device Management".
5) Double-click the "MDM Enrollment Profile" and click "Enroll."
6) A confirmation message will appear. Enter your local account password then click “Enroll.”
Note: The password is your MacBook password.
7) The JumpCloudServiceAccount login page will appear.
Select your local user account and enter your local account password.
8) Wait for the MDM profile installation to complete.

To check if JC agent installation is completed, go to Settings > General > Device Management.

Leave the Previous Password field blank.
Enter your JumpCloud Password in the Enter Password field then press "Enter".
3. If the message Your administrator requires that you enable FileVault appears, click "Enable Now".
