How to setup a Windows 11 Laptop
Turn the laptop on by pressing the Power button, plug the charger as needed
Use the "Shift + F10" keyboard shortcut to open Command Prompt on the Windows 11 setup.
Type the following command to disable the internet connection requirement to set up Windows 11 and press Enter: oobe\bypassnro
Quick note: The command doesn't have any spaces. Also, the computer will restart at this moment
Quick note 2: In case "oobe\bypassnro" is not working, enter "start ms-cxh:localonly". This will bypass the mandatory Microsoft login during initial setup and will proceed to create a local user account in the Windows device.
Quick tip: Alternatively, you can also disconnect the device by unplugging the network cable or turning off the wireless adapter from your laptop.
6. Type the following command to close the Command Prompt and press Enter: exit
7. Select your country or region to set up the device.
8. Click the Next button and setup Select your keyboard layout setting.
9. Under "Let's connect to a network" page, click "I don't have internet"
10. The next page will present with more options to connect, click "Continue with limited setup"
11. Input the Username to assign for the default admin account. Refer to the client's setup guide.
12. Create a password that is compliant to client's password requirements.
Refer to the client's setup guide. Confirm the password.
13. Select and create security questions, this step cannot be skipped.
Capture the answers and upload to the photos folder, for future reference.
14. Accept the default Privacy Settings for the device
15. Wait for few minutes until the setup is complete.
Windows interface will look like this once setup is complete and laptop ready to use.
