📌Pre-Requisite
No Internet Connection.
Disabling internet requirements to setup Windows 11 laptop without Microsoft account. Turn the laptop on by pressing the Power button, plug the charger as needed
Use the "Shift + F10" or "FN + Shift + F10" keyboard shortcut to open Command Prompt on the Windows 11 setup.
Type the following command to disable the internet connection requirement to set up Windows 11 and press Enter: start ms-cxh:localonly
Quick note:
The command doesn't have any spaces. "start ms-cxh:localonly". This will bypass the mandatory Microsoft login during initial setup and will proceed to create a local user account on the Windows device.
4. Fill out the Username and Password. Regarding security question, you may select any and provide answer then click Next.
5. Click the Skip button to proceed.Â
6. Accept the default Privacy Settings for the device
7. Wait for few minutes until the setup is complete. Windows interface will look like this once setup is complete and laptop ready to use.
