How to install and configure SOTI MobiControl Agent in a Windows Laptop

Install SOTI MobiControl Agent in a Windows 10 Laptop

1.  Open browser, using your Esevel GDrive, access this link: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1bluOA0z96CMC9-2QiGfSCJj_qnElYV8v/view?usp=sharing then download the installer.

Note: When accessing your own account in a client computer, make sure to use a Private/Incognito/Guest window.

2.  Wait for the download to complete then go to Downloads folder.

3.  Double click tindex.ppkg file, then allow app installation when prompted.

4.  Trust the installation package when prompted, click "Yes, add it"

5.  To validate successful installation:

• Go to Start then click Settings

• Under Settings select Accounts then click Access work or school

• The following conditions should be met:

• Connected to MobiControl MDM

• Connected by user@mobicontrol.com
