📌 About Esevel
Esevel is your all-in-one IT partner for managing the entire device lifecycle. From global procurement to robust device security, we help safeguard your company’s data by enforcing security updates, detecting threats, and disabling access during offboarding.
Our solution is powered by JumpCloud, a leading provider in mobile device security and identity access management (IAM).
First-time users who will be onboarding with Esevel’s device management system.
Your company administrator must first create and enroll you with Esevel.
🚀 Step-by-Step Setup
1) Activating Esevel User AccountÂ
Look for email titled "Activate Your Account".
Follow the instructions.

2) Activating JumpCloud User AccountÂ
Look for email titled “Welcome to Esevel’s Device Management System”.
Follow the instructions in the email.To activate your Mobile Device Management (MDM) account.
⚠️ Note: Do not use an auto-generated password. Set one you’ll remember – it will also be your local device login password.

3) Install the MDM (JumpCloud) Agent on Your Device
Look for email titled “Important Action Required: Download Agent”.
Follow the instructions in the email.

đź› After Installation
Notify your Administrator to confirm onboarding.
Keep your device powered on for at least 30 minutes. Esevel will push security policies to your device.
Once confirmed, restart your device and log in using the password you set in Step 2.

ℹ️ Additional Notes
Company-owned devices: JumpCloud will bind your account to the device. Use your JumpCloud password to log in.
BYOD or AD-joined devices: A new JumpCloud account will be created. You'll see two accounts on login:
New account → use JumpCloud password
Existing account → use existing local password
