Insight Studio is a powerful reporting feature on our platform designed to give clients full visibility into their operations through customizable data exports. With Insight Studio, you can easily generate comprehensive reports to track, manage, and analyze both employee and device data — all in just a few clicks.
You can choose from a variety of CSV report templates tailored to different data needs:

1. Employee Report: Track key details such as:
First Name, Last Name, Email
Plan, Country, Phone Number
Employee ID, Status, Department, Position
Date Created, Verification Status
2. Orders Report: Gain insights into order history and logistics, including:
Order Date, Order Number
Recipient Name, Country, and Department
Order Status, Currency, and Value
3. Employee + Inventory Report: A combined view that links employees with their assigned devices
Note: This report only includes employees with assigned inventory, employees without inventory will not be listed in the report

Insights Studio Dashboard Overview
This option allows you to create a brand-new report from scratch. You can choose the data template (CSV type), set filters, schedule delivery, and assign recipients.
The custom name you assign to your report. This helps you easily identify the report among others, especially when you have multiple reports with different purposes or formats.

Inventory
The person (admin/user) who created the report. This user has the ability to edit, run, or delete the report and will be one of the recipients by default unless changed.
The exact date and time when the report was first created. Useful for tracking and auditing purposes.
The most recent date and time when any changes were made to the report (e.g., schedule changes, recipient updates, filter modifications).
