Change the Ownership
Refers to transferring the ownership rights and responsibilities of the device from one individual or entity to another. This action only involves the device moving from one employee to another.

Archiving the device on your dashboard will remove both the device and the user from your asset list.

Store & Warehouse
Store: Allows you to keep your devices and other assets at your own warehouse or facility instead of sending them to Esevel's warehouse. This means that you will handle all storage, management, and maintenance of your assets directly.
Warehouse: This option allows you to keep your devices in Esevel's warehouse or facility. This means that Esevel will handle all storage, management, and maintenance of your assets directly.

Disposal
This option allows you to retire a device that is no longer needed by the company. When selected, Esevel will securely wipe all data from the device and dispose of it in an environmentally responsible manner, in compliance with local e-waste regulations. The device will also be marked as retired in your asset records to ensure accurate tracking. You may choose to proceed with or without a data erasure certificate, depending on your internal compliance or audit requirements.

Redeployment
This option allows you to prepare the device for reassignment to another employee within your organization. When selected, Esevel will retrieve the device from the offboarded employee (if applicable), perform a full data wipe, and ensure the device is reset and ready for the next user.

Offboarding without asset
This option allows you to offboard an employee who does not have any company-assigned devices. It is typically used for team members who were not issued a laptop, phone, or other hardware through Esevel. Selecting this ensures the user is properly removed from your subscription and records, without triggering any device retrieval or asset-related actions.
