This article will guide administrators through the four key sections of the offboarding request form – from selecting the departing employee to confirming the details – ensuring a seamless transition for both the employee and the organisation.
Change the Ownership
Refers to transferring the ownership rights and responsibilities of the device from one individual or entity to another. This action only involves the device moving from one employee to another, there are no status changes.

Archive
Archiving the device on your dashboard will remove both the device and the user from your asset list. Please note that this action cannot be undone. Upon successful triggering of action, the status changes to 'Archived'.

Store & Warehouse
Store: This option allows you to keep your devices and other assets at your own warehouse or facility instead of sending them to Esevel's warehouse. This means that you will handle all storage, management, and maintenance of your assets directly.
Warehouse: This option allows you to keep your devices in Esevel's warehouse or facility. This means that Esevel will handle all storage, management, and maintenance of your assets directly.
