Yes, can be done via JumpCloud Admin Portal. However, it can only be done if a Managed Apple ID (MAID) has been created and enabled by the IT Admin through Apple Business Manager (ABM).

Can I manage device groups, deploy policies, and apply patches using JumpCloud Admin Portal?
You can manage device groups and deploy policies. However, patch management is not available through JumpCloud.

What are the steps to Offboard a BYOD iOS device?
To Offboard a BYOD iOS device, IT Admin will perform this step via JumpCloud Admin Portal:

Remove Work Profile: In the JumpCloud Admin Portal, click "Remove Work Profile" to permanently delete the work profile on the personal IOS device. This action will delete all company data, apps, and policies within the work profile. The original user profile will remain on the device, unaffected by the removal of the work profile.
