Some Windows laptops comes with pre-installed anti-virus like McAfee. These software should be uninstalled to avoid conflicts with client's own anti-virus and other applications.
Select "Windows Start Menu", and search "Control Panel".
2. Under Programs, click "Uninstall a program"
3. Select the application to be uninstalled, then click "Uninstall/Change". When a message prompts to confirm, click "Yes".
4. Uninstallation page will prompt, click the "Remove button."
5. Click the "Remove button." to continue the uninstallation
6. Wait for the uninstallation progress to complete. Once done, click "Restart Now."
6. To validate, go back to "Control Panel" then "Programs".
