This page provides you with step-by-step guides on how to 'Request New App'. This action is used whenever your organisation wants to include an application to be deployed to all managed devices
Click on Request New App
Input Application Name and Version: Provide details related to the application to be installed and the exact version that needs to be installed
Select Device Groups: Based on groups that were configured during onboarding, select all relevant device groups to curate a full list of the devices where the new application needs to be deployed on
Input Application Installer Link: WindowsOS installer links should come from Chocolatey and MacOS installer links should be a .pkg file
Once the form has been submitted, you are able to observe a new entry in the listing. The status of each entry changes according to this logic
Requested: Status appears whenever a 'Request for New App' form is submitted successfully
Active: Status moves from Requested to Active whenever the application is approved by the Esevel IT Team
Rejected: Status moves from Requested to Rejected whenever the application is not approved by the Esevel IT Team
