Effective employee onboarding lays the groundwork for a successful experience within any organization.
This guide is designed to help administrators navigate the four essential sections of the onboarding request form—from collecting employee information to confirming final details—ensuring a smooth and seamless transition for new team members.
This guide is specifically for onboarding a new employee who will be managed through our third-party MDM system, JumpCloud.
Secure & Complete Plan:
Each user can also be assigned 3 devices.
Assigning additional devices to the same user is allowed, but will incur an additional charge per device.
🔔 Important Note:
Devices assigned beyond the allowed limit without proper reassignment or approval may result in platform usage restrictions or unexpected charges. Please ensure device assignments align with your current subscription plan.
📌There are 3 methods to onboard a new employee as follows:
1) Use the Onboarding module
This is the recommended method for a streamlined process. It allows you to manage all onboarding tasks in one place, including adding the employee, assigning or ordering a device, and tracking progress.

2) Add the employee and assign an existing device
Choose this method if you already have a device available in your inventory. Simply add the employee to the system and assign the existing device to them.

3) Add the employee and order a device via the Esevel Marketplace
Use this option if a new device is needed. After adding the employee, you can place an order directly through the Esevel Marketplace, and the device will be delivered accordingly.
