Your organization needs to be on the Support, Secure Complete Plan.
You need to be an IT/HR Admin to trigger these action.
If you are on the Support, Secure, and Complete Plan, there will be no setup fee.
If you are on the Credits Plan, the setup fee will be deducted from your credits balance.
Please make sure to share the Setup Guide/Playbook with us in advance. Our team will need 2-3 working days for testing before we can apply the setup to the employee's device.
