📌Pre-Requisite

1. You need to be an IT/HR Admin to trigger this action.

2. Your organization needs to be on the Support Plan.

3. Please ensure that you have added the new employee.

📌What happens after the offboarding request created?

• Once the request has been completed, the status of the device will be marked as "Active." and assigned to the new user. 

• Additionally, the employee will automatically marked as "Offboarded."
