You need to be an IT/HR Admin to trigger this action.
Ensure that you have integrate the slack using the guide: Slack Integration.
To verify if the Esevel App is integrated with your Slack channel, follow these steps:
Open the relevant Slack channel.
Click on the channel name at the top.
Go to the “Integrations” tab.
Click on “Apps”. If the integration is active, you’ll see Esevel App listed there.
📌Additional Notes
Once your ticket has been submitted, please expect a response from the relevant team within 1 to 4 business hours.
If you have received an email notification, you can also reply directly from your email. Additionally, if a ticket has been created on the portal, you can respond to it there as well. Both methods are valid for submitting your response.
You’ll see their replies in the related Slack thread, and you can respond in the same thread as well.Â
