Repair Assistance
Repair assistance refers to the support provided when a device is damaged or not functioning properly. Esevel can help coordinate repair services by assessing the issue, providing guidance, and arranging repairs either through the original manufacturer or an authorized service provider.
Warranty Claim
A warranty claim is the process of requesting repair or replacement of a device that is still under the manufacturer’s warranty. If the issue is covered under warranty, Esevel will assist in submitting the claim and coordinating with the manufacturer to resolve the issue.
📌Pre-Requisite
You need to be an IT/HR Admin to trigger these action.
Your organization needs to be on the Support or Complete Plan.
If you are on the Credits Plan, the setup fee will be deducted from your credits balance.
Logistic fee will be charge separately (pick up and delivery back)
Esevel IS NOT the Service Center, we only assisting you to handle all the warranty claim and repair to the Authorized Service Center.
Any additional fee from service center (e.g spare part fee, replacement fee, any fee that not cover by the warranty etc) will be bill at cost separately.

📌What happens after submitting?
Our team will contact you within 1-2 working days.
We will let you know whether your device is still under warranty or need the Repair Assistance instead.
Our team will organize the pickup from your location.
If your device is still under warranty, we will assist you with the warranty claim. If the device was not purchased through us, please provide the purchase invoice. If it is not under warranty, we will help with the repair process.
If there are any additional fees for services, such as spare part replacements or diagnostics from the service center, we will inform you in advance before proceeding.
The repair lead time will be provided by the service center.
A report from the service center will be provided.
We will arrange for the device to be delivered back to your location.
