You need to be an IT/HR admin to trigger these actions.
Your organization needs to be on the Secure or Complete plan.
All these devices will be under "Unmanaged" devices & "Unassigned" status.
Please ensure that you have added the new employee

To re-assign the device you may choose "Actions" and choose "Assign to the new employee" or follow the guide below:Β

We will not take any action for this option.
I need help with retrieval and delivery of the device to the selected employee:
We will assist you by picking up the device from the old location and delivering it to the new user. A shipping fee will be applied.

Once the request has been completed, the status of the device on your dashboard will be marked as "Active." and assigned to the new user.Β
