You need to be an IT/HR Admin to trigger this action.
There are 2 steps to ensuring that the connection to GWorkspace is established:
Whitelisting Esevel App on Google Admin Console.
Creating the connection on Esevel's Connect Hub.
📌 Whitelisting Esevel App on Google Admin Console
Enable API Access in Google Admin Console
Log in to Google Admin Console: https://admin.google.com.
Navigate to Security > Access & Data Control > API Controls.
Ensure "Enable API access" is turned ON.
Grant Domain-Wide Delegation to ConnectHub OAuth Client
In Google Admin Console, go to: Security > API Controls > Domain-wide Delegation https://admin.google.com/ac/owl/domainwidedelegation
Click Add New.
Enter ConnectHub OAuth Client ID: 224926642706-h2kfbkmrhee0qsaq145eqque8ndmf8e3.apps.googleusercontent.com
Add these OAuth Scopes one by one:
Click Authorise.
📌 Creating the connection on Esevel's Connect Hub
Log in as a GWorkspace Admin: Make sure you are signed in to your GWorkspace account with admin credentials, as only administrators can establish this connection.
Initiate the Integration on the Esevel Platform: Navigate to Connect Hub. Select Google Workspace from the list of available integrations and click Connect.
Authorise Google Workspace: You’ll be redirected to the Google authorisation page. Review the access permissions required by Esevel to manage user data. Click Allow to authorise and grant the Esevel platform access to the necessary GWorkspace information.
Complete the Connection: Once authorised, you’ll be redirected back to the Esevel platform.
