INSTALL JUMPCLOUD AGENT ON YOUR DEVICE

You will receive an email with the subject "Action Required: Agent Installation."
1) Login to the User Portal: https://console.jumpcloud.com/
Login using your JumpCloud user email address & password created and click "Continue."
Note: Use the password you created during the JumpCloud activation.
2) After login to the Jumpcloud user portal, Go to "Security" and refer to "JumpCloud Device Enrollment" on the left corner of the page.
3) Choose the operating system "Windows."
4) Click "Start MDM Enrollment."
5) “This site is trying to open Microsoft account.” pop up window will appear, select “Open.”
When the pop-up window from "Open Microsoft account?" appears, select "Open Microsoft account" and click "Enter."
6) In the "Set up a work or school account", click “Next” The setup will proceed to register the device.
7) After registration, it will take a few minutes to connect to the school or workplace and click “Got it” button.
8) Wait for the JumpCloud agent installation to complete.
Installation of JumpCloud Agent Using .MSI Installer
1) User also can install the JumpCloud (JC) agent using the .MSI installer link and the provided Connect Key from JumpCloud User Portal, please follow the guide below:
First, click Download Agent button.
Second, click Generate Key button.
Third, click Copy button to copy the Connect Key.
2) Double click download link on the Windows target system.
3) Navigate to the Downloads folder, then double-click on the jcagent-msi-signed.msi file.
4) Follow the installation wizard and paste the provided Connect Key, then click Next.
Wait for the installation to complete, then click "Finish".
To check if JC agent installation is completed:
In the search column beside the Windows Start Menu button, type “School” and open “Access work or school”.
Here we can see the device is connected to the JumpCloud with our company email accounts.
This is inside the “Info” button, to see the details that the device has been managed by JumpCloud.
