Introduction

Stipends allow you to provide a one-time monetary benefit to your employees, which they can use to place orders directly through the platform. This feature helps streamline the process of distributing allowances for specific needs such as home office equipment, wellness items, or other company-approved purchases.

📌Pre-Requisite

You need to be an IT/HR Admin to trigger this action.

Getting Started:

To activate this feature, simply tick the "Enable" box and set an expiry date for the stipend. Once enabled, all eligible employees will be able to place orders directly using their allocated stipend.

You can define the stipend amount for each employee by navigating to the Setup Stipends for Your Employee.
