⚠️ Limitations for Slack Support Integration
Please take note of the following limitations when using Slack Support integration with Esevel:
Internal Channel Only
Slack Support can only be integrated with internal Slack channels. Integration with external or shared channels is not supported.
Device List Limitation
When using the Slack app dialog (e.g., for submitting support tickets), the device selection list will display a less than 100 devices. If your organization has more than 100 devices, not all will be shown in the dropdown list. If you have more than 100 devices, we recommend Raising the Support Ticket directly from the Esevel platform.
