This guide is provided as a resource to help you get started with setting up your Esevel account and enrolling in Esevel’s Mobile Device Management system (powered by JumpCloud). It includes clear, step-by-step instructions designed to assist both administrators and new employees in efficiently setting up their accounts and enrolling their devices.
Please follow the instructions below to complete the onboarding process:
1) Onboarding Your Employee via the Esevel Platform
Use this guide to streamline the onboarding process, whether you're assigning a new device purchased through our marketplace or assigning an existing device from your inventory.
⚠️Important Note:
Please make sure to select "Yes" for both the user and device fields during the onboarding process.
2) Activating Esevel User Account
Kindly inform your employee to activate their Esevel account. This will help them easily submit support tickets if they experience any issues with their devices.
3) Activating JumpCloud Account
Please advise your employee to activate their JumpCloud account on their end.
Option 1: Install the MDM Agent on behalf of the employee.
Option 2: Advise the employee to follow the installation steps and install the MDM Agent on their own device.

You can track the status of your onboarding, devices, or support requests directly on the Esevel Platform.
Please see below two important things to monitor on the platform:
📌To check the device status: The status will change to "Active" once the user activates their JumpCloud account (refer to Step 3 above). ➡️ Learn more about Employee Status.
