Esevel works with an authorized service center (ASC) for the brand to conduct repairs. The ASC will typically perform diagnostics based on the reported issues and provide an estimated diagnostic and repair fee, if applicable. Once the diagnosis is complete, they will offer an official quote that includes the repair service. Please note that the diagnostic fee is non-refundable, regardless of whether the repair proceeds.
The lead time for repairs depends on part availability, particularly if a part replacement is required. Esevel will communicate with you to obtain the necessary approvals to proceed. For part replacements, these generally come with a warranty, as the parts are original manufacturing components.
While we are aware that third-party vendors may offer cheaper replacement fees and faster turnarounds, this is not the repair method Esevel adopts. We cannot guarantee the outcome in such cases. Even if you have worked with this vendor in the past, Esevel can assist with logistics, but we will not be involved in the repair process itself.

The client shares the details of the device conditions (model, brand, year of usage, RAM, SSD, etc.).
Our partner will pick up the device from the user's location, perform a full diagnostic, and conduct necessary checks.
Once the diagnostics are completed, they will proceed with data erasure and provide the report and certificate.
Our team will verify the certificate, sign it, and send it to you.

The service is only applicable for laptops and Macbooks. Other peripherals and accessories are assessed on a case by case basis.
Logistics fees are fully borne by Clients, which Esevel will bill at the end of the month.
The resale process takes longer than disposal request, hereby we shared the steps by steps for the resale process:
The client shares details of the device conditions (model, brand, year of usage, RAM, SSD, etc.).
Our partner evaluates and estimates the resale value.
Esevel shares the estimated resale value with the client to confirm if they wish to proceed with the resale.
Our partner conducts a physical assessment of the device at their location or arranges to pick up the device from the user’s location.
Our partner makes the final offer, and we will send the offer to you.
If you accept the offer, we will proceed with data erasure and provide the report and certificate. If you do not accept the offer, we will arrange for the device to be returned to your location.
The vendor will arrange a direct transfer to the client, and the data erasure report will be shared accordingly.

We use a third-party courier with insurance; however, it is still important to ensure that the device is securely packed for delivery to minimize the risk of any potential damage during delivery and transit.
