Investigation
Check the email detailing the entire incident that may be sent by one of the following:
The CRM Team
The customer service
The Operations Team
AGM Staff
The Incident can be further validated by the presence of evidence like photos or videos, if there are no videos as proof follow the below
Send an email to the HR department detailing the case asking for a drug test for the driver, and wait for the reply with the results
Action

Mark the complaint as "Invalid" in the tracker sheet, see here how

Termination
Mention both the HR & Legal team in the thread details the case and the drug test results
