*TRINITY - also see THREE, BOTH, ONENESS, WHOLE, COMPLETE, BODY, MATERIAL, MIND, SPIRIT, GOD, FATHER, SON, JESUS,
The Trinity is 3 persons, but 1 substance.
Trinity seems to be the 2 poles of duality and the totality of both (or the relationship between them). For examples, Father - Son (Holy Spirit - Love); East - West (world - evolution); Male - Female (marriage - procreation); Dark - Light (vision - shades); old - new (fulfillment) (Randy, 7/97)
Trinity of flesh, mind, and spirit. What is born of flesh is flesh and what is born of spirit is spirit.
Trinity of:
Spirit - faith; love; casual; tree
Mind - Father; intelligence/rational; astro; fruit
Body - Son/Christ; action; physical; seed
(Randy, 6/97)
The trinity of Godhead: Brahma, Vishnu, Shiva is that of creation, preservation, and dissolution-restoration. (Yogi, p302)
A different conception from that of the triniarian Reality is Brahma, Vishnu, Shiva which represents the triune expression of God in the aspect of Son, the Christ Consciousness immanent in vibratory creation; the energies are symbols of Holy Ghost, the sole causative force that upholds the cosmos through vibration. The universal creative-preservative-destructive aspects of God, is not His ultimate or even His essential nature. His intrinsicality cannot be grasped even by grasping all the mysteries of the Trinity because His outer nature merely expresses Him without revealing Him. Truth is exact correspomdence with reality. For man, truth is unshakable knowledge of his real nature, his Self as soul. Jesus, by every act and word of his life, proved that he knew the truth of his being - his source in God. The Chinese mystic Lao-Tzu rightly taught: "He who knows, tell it not; he who tells, knows it not." The final mysteries of God are not open to discussion. The decipherment of His secret code is an art that man cannot communicate to man; here the Lord alone is the Teacher. Each human being has been created by God as a soul that will uniquely manifest some special attribute of the Infinite before resuming its Absolute Identify. God is love and His plan for creation can be rooted only in love. Every saint who has penetrated to the core of Reality has testified that a divine universal plan exists and that it is beautiful and full of joy. Isaiah 55:11-12 said: "So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it. For ye shall go out with joy and be lead forth in peace." The men of a hard-pressed 20th century hear longingly that wondrous promise. The full truth within it is realizable by every devotee of God who strives manfully to repossess his divine heritage. (Yogi, p494-7)

Holy Spirit - Father (mind) - Son (material) - 11/6/12 after reading the Science of the Mind
Father=truth, wisdom, creator; Son=way, word, works, example, model; HS=life, love. Or is it a trinity of trinities? For example, physical/mind/spirit of Father, physical/mind/spirit of Son, and physical/mind/spirit of HS. Or is the Father (the old way, ie. OT), Son (the new way, ie. NT), and Holy Spirit which is both the Father (old) and the Son (new), ie. like Tao w/ yin/yang. (Randy, '96)
I wonder if: the Father is really Mother too and is God's transcendence in both spirit and nature, Son is Jesus, and Holy Spirit (is God's immanance in both spirit and nature). I wonder if: God is both spirit (supernatural) that is transcendence and matter (natural) that is immanent. And how does the transcendent become immanent? (Randy, '96)
The Transcendent renews us, evolves us, leads us. Only via faith, hope, and love is it possible for the positive to overcome the negative. (Randy, 3/28/97)
* I wonder if God is the totality of all of the following: *
* Spirit / Love / Intelligence / Energy / Alpha - pre-existant, before time *
* Father / Mother / Universe / Nature / World / Matter - creator in creation*
* Son / Jesus (1st Fruit) / Mankind / Union of Spirit & Matter (above) *
* Holy Spirit / Omega / after time (cycle completes back to the start) *

The evolution of the Holy Trinity is knowing, experiencing, being. God the Father is knowing, the Son is experiencing, and Holy Spirit is being or that which gives rise to, that which is risen, and that which is. Psychiatrists use the terms superconsciousness, consciousness, subconsciousness. Spiritualists say mind, body, and spirit. Scientists see energy, matter, and anti-matter. Time has past, present, and future. Spatial is length, width, and depth. (Conversations, p30-31)
The Thibetans have a notion of Trinity in Om, Ha, Hum where: Om = intelligence or arm (power); Ha = the word; Hum = heart (love). (p95) The Thibetans believe in the Trinity in paradise, hell, and purgatory.(p97) (Lost Years)
Father creates, Son became human, Spirit makes holy. (1996 World Book Enc)
It was suddenly so clear that the Trinity, the Three-in-Oneness, is everything: it is everyday life; it is my life; it is also the life of the almond tree in the garden and the life of the universe. Onesness in multiplicity - multiplicity in oneness. (Contemplation, p121)
The evil trinity is dragon (Satan), 1st beast (politics), and 2nd beast (false prophet/religion). (Rev 12?)
Let US create man in our image, after our likeness. (Gen 1:26)
Cappadocians (after 325) developed the notion of the Holy Spirit. God has a single essence which remained incomprehensible to us - but three expressions which made him known [as Father, Son, & Holy Spirit]. (p115) Father, Son and Holy Spirit are only partial and incomplete glimpses of the Divine Nature [essence] itself, which lies far beyond such imagery and conceptualization. The three persons do not exist side by side in the divine world, rather we can compare them to the presence of different fields of knowledge in the mind of an individual: ie. philosophy, medicine. The different sciences pervade one another, fill the whole mind and yet remain distinct. (p117) St Augustine said: "There is a trinity in our minds which mirrors God, we yearn toward our Archetype - the original pattern on which we were formed. Within the soul there is knowledge (memory), self-knowledge (understanding), and love (will). The trinity we encounter within us is not God himself but is a trace of God. It is only because God has come to meet us in Jesus that we can restore the image of God withinn us. Also there is a trinity of faith: holding the truths of the [ie.] Incarnation in our minds, comtemplating them, and delighting in them." (p122)(History of God)
God the Holy Spirit represents the love between the Father and the Son - is pure love, in fact - and it may be that this is the way we ought to look at the Trinity as a whole, at God as a whole. (Quest, p49)
The Trinity symbolizes for us the different aspects of God and the way we relate to God. God the Father represents the transcendent aspect of God: creator of the universe, beyond all that we know. The Holy Spirit represents the presence of God with us, God's pulling and encouraging, the fact that God is the context within which we live. The Son is the one through whom we best understand God by showing us what our relationship to God can be and should be. (Common Sense Christianity, p170)
The Spirit is the same from our own sufferings to the Church's (Holy Spirit) suffering to Christ's suffering on the cross to God's suffering via being immanent (invisible/ordinary).
