Meditation is simply the time we take everyday to get to know and relate to this inner Self. It is what happens as we cultivate our awareness of that Self. It is our vehicle for being in touch with our source and our strength - for being in touch with the power of Life Itself. (Stillness, p128)
Learn to respond to all change with openness, love, and gratitude. Meditate on opening our heart to that powerful energy, to meet it with love, and to let that love guide us and then fear will never take hold. (Stillness, p169)
That is why the practice of meditation, looking deeply, is so important. We must recognize and accept the conflicting elements that are within us and their underlying causes. (Buddha, Christ, p10)
