Persian Rose

Last night we were presented with a lovely rose

Our lucky star twinkled, smiled and magically rose

She was born with black hair, brown eyes and a button nose

She was indeed a beautiful Persian rose

She came to this world when everyone had lost hope

But such is life, this is often how it goes

After some discussions, her parents called her Rose

Such a lovely girl, will surely charm friends and foes
