Tomato Romanoff Soup

Serves 4-6

2 (10-oz.) cans tomato soup

1 (10-oz.) can beef consomme

1 cup sour cream

1/3 cup sherry

2 Tbsp green onion, finely chopped

2 Tbsp parsley, finely chopped

Dash of celery salt

Mix soups, sour cream and sherry in saucepan until perfectly smooth.  Add green onions, chopped parsley and celery salt.  Heat to a simmer.
