Tomato Avocado Salsa or Salad

5 Ingredient, 15 Minute Recipes

Yield: 4-6 servings

1 tbsp chopped fresh oregano

1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

2 tbsp red wine vinegar

1 garlic clove, crushed

2 cups grape tomatoes, halved

1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese with basil and sun-dried tomato (or other combination)

1 ripe peeled avocado, chopped

Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl. Stir with a whisk. Add tomato halves, cheese, and avocado; toss gently.
