Smoked Salmon Spread

adapted from Barefoot Contessa Family Style, Ina Garten

8 oz cream cheese, at room temperature (I used reduced fat cream cheese.)

1/2 cup sour cream (I used reduced fat sour cream.)

1 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice

1 Tbsp fresh dill, minced

1 tsp prepared horseradish, drained

1/2 tsp kosher salt

1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper

1/4 pound smoked salmon, minced

Using an electric mixer with a paddle attachment, cream the cream cheese until just smooth. Add the sour cream, lemon juice, dill, horseradish, salt, and pepper, and mix. Chill and serve with crudities or crackers.
