Waves

This looping video sits at the center of my installation to really underline my work’s theme of nature. The waves are very calming and it is easy to watch this video on repeat for quite some time. The rocks in the foreground of the video, however, obstruct the view of the waves, further challenging the viewer to find comfort in this interruption. This video also encompasses my theme of home, as it was taken in Hawaii, where some of my family lives.
