California Sunset

This is a picture based on a beach in Ventura. As is a theme of many of my pieces, this piece focuses on light. The only true intention was to explore light and craft a dynamic scene through it or through the lack thereof. I was going to fill in the blank spots in the cars with subtle tones, but I grew to like harsh contrast the white created.
