Sunset

In this piece I wanted to focus on one of my main themes, expressing freedom and peace through nature. Sunsets are something of great value to me and as our world is rapidly changing I wanted to honor one of the earth's most beautiful features. After looking carefully at the work of David Hockney I was drawn to his use of vibrant colors and used his palette as influence to create the various sunsets with ink.
