Blocking Ink on Bristol 122 cm x 97 cm April 2019

With this series my main objective was to experiment with the patterns the breyer can make with a small amount of unevenly applied ink. Using such a small amount of ink for these paintings was a valuable experience because it forced me to be more conscious about the way in which I was applying the ink as I would not have been able to go over it again like I have in some of my other abstract paintings.
