Insecurity

I wanted to delve into the psyche of middle school me, so I chose for my model an old picture from my Instagram in which I was pretending to be sad. I did a quick watercolor of it and did not include the jokey element originally included so that it was straight-up sadness. I washed out the colors like always on the body, but I surrounded myself with purple, the color of insecurity.
