Self-Portrait Two

This piece was inspired by a photo that my father took of me as a young boy. What drew me to the photo was what was the emotion portrayed by myself, both through my face and body. The sharpie serves a different purpose in this piece, as it creates a whimsical and childlike effect. The subject is also cropped to be in direct contact with the viewer.
