NOTES
After practicing sitting meditation for 10 minutes in today's session, he felt less vibration in the body and less worried.
Byron said he had taken off the wedding ring. Now he wants to work on his life goals instead of trying to work on the relationship.
He wants to work on a consistent time schedule and keep it.
During our discussion, he concluded that his top goal is to re-establish home brewing for which he has the equipment and expertise.
We figured out that everyday he has 4 hours of discretionary time every day to invest on his important life goals. He wants to invest those hours as follows.
guitar lesson - 1 hour
home brewing - 2 hours
Walking his dog - 1 hour
Subsequently I made a google sheet for him to post his goals and follow up action on a daily basis. I watched it daily and commented as needed.
