The faces of the meditation practitioners look healthy and bright. Many grim faces showed a spontaneous smile. This may be due to a reduction in their stress. Is it not said that “the face is a reflection of the mind”?
When testing this meditation, I requested friends to try it and see its impact on their mind, body, and behavior. Some said they were practicing, and some said they didn’t. After a few months, I saw a visible change in the faces of all those who practiced the meditation. This correlation was strong. I could identify a practitioner by looking at the face of that person. I continue to see the change in the faces ever since.
