Guest house residents in Canada 5-27-18 (x6)
I volunteered to teach ‘Counting breaths meditation’ to the residents of Gite King Hostel, Montreal on May 27, 2018 when we stayed there for a few days on vacation. My offer was immediately accepted by the receptionist. Four adults and two children attended the 45 minute session. Feedback collected from them on plain paper is posted below.

After many weeks of not sleeping very good, this meditation session is a great hope. Very adapted to an actual need. I have learned a lot thanks to you. Very interesting exercise, it made me very calm and relaxed. It’s funny because I understand how my breathing works (about the exercise for sleep) because before I saw that there is a relation between breathing and sleep but I didn’t know how it’s working. Good teaching and thank you.

I offered a free introductory meditation class on ‘counting breaths meditation’ to 34 students, their mothers and a few fathers (total 68) attending the dance school of Mrs. Bindiya Prasad on her request. The venue was in the Hindu Cultural Center. Mrs Bindiya made attendance at this class mandatory for her students to get their course completion certificates.
