My mind is a lot calmer (Dec 2012)

Feedback from a woman who attended series of my classes. She had chronic mood disturbances and was taking medication. She had been practicing  ‘Focusing on breathing’ mostly at bedtime along with some complementary practices. Her recent feedback –
