HFSS was started to fill this gap in the Tampa Bay area. A phone call or a request for help through the website in a non emergency situation is the first point of contact (In an emergency call 911) We will provide immediate help with basic needs, referral to state agencies for child care, baby needs and other essential services. Economic empowerment: Our qualified volunteers will asses you educational background and work experience and make recommendations. When possible, our volunteers will help you prepare a resume and help with job placement.
