What is Physics?
from the Greek phisike,
Physics is the scientific study of matter and energy and attempts to develop a unified description of how they behave and interact with each other. Nature is complex and beautiful and physics attempts to describe natural phenomena in terms of all-embracing fundamental concepts.
Physics the subject was previously known as Natural Philosophy.
Physics is why stuff does stuff.
There are 8 forms of energy
Before we do that we need to check on our measurements the ones we already know, many more will be explored in our course.
