On a boat in Lake Michigan, a few miles from the coastline of Chicago, Malvan-X Corporation's Security Chief Arnold Bobowsky continued his mission at hand, and, boy, had it been quite a few days of surveillance. Sitting alone in his cabin, he concentrated on the laptop in front of him, its light illuminating the room with a light flicker. He was able to learn and catalog much about each of the outlaws, their powers and, to some extent, their personal alliances.
Edulcore Cicciotto, the "Eurostar"
A very powerful man who is much less rash than the others. Appears to be most comfortable in a team atmosphere (this is probably due to his experiences in the Olympics). His powers seem to have expanded at a great rate as suspected since his "manifestation" some nights back; he still has superspeed, but also flight of some sort, intangibility, and superstrength. He seemed concerned about injuring the very people hunting him down.
The MCCA. They seem to be worse than they were in years past, taking such rash action to secure Cicciotto or even kill him. What reason could they have for this? The old man in charge seems to really have finally gone off his rocker. Sometimes I wish that I were never involved with the cover-up to begin with. But, past mistakes aside, I just hope that I don’t have to clean up an old mess and cause an international conflict of sorts.
Tobias Christopher, the "Speedster"
The first unknown ally of Cicciotto has finally been identified as one Tobias Christopher. He has superspeed and potential for much more, possibly another Alpha Class meta. Only time will tell. He is very rash and vengeful. Definitely a wildcard in the mix of bigger things.
This young man really does have something to be mad about, after all. It appears his girlfriend was killed by the MCCA only a short time before this occurrence. He was tortured for his short time in captivity. I’m pretty impressed than he didn’t mass murder the MCCA agents; Lord only knows what I might have done.
The "Gentleman" and the "Animal Man"
A man with a top hat has been appearing all over Chicago, causing men to be transformed into what appear to be cows. He is not any known metahuman (according to Malvan-X or even the MCCA's records). Another unknown person has been dubbed the "Animal Man" by local news. He seems to hold a power to transform different parts of his body into that of a select animal.
There is much more to this Gentleman than what meets the eye. He seems naive and acts almost like he is trying too hard to be human. Have to keep a special eye out on him.
The "Angel"
As much as we had first thought that Cicciotto had the highest power levels of any known metahuman, we might have been wrong. This guy seems to take the cake. Powers include what appears to be every listed power known to man.
Wherever he goes, chaos follows. "Angel of Death" would be a better title. He seems to switch sides, attacking his allies at times and even innocent people.
Chief Bobowsky closed the laptop and took a deep breath. When they make their next move, I'll be there, watching, waiting.
