This class is designed for students who are interested in the strength and conditioning field and want to better their overall health and fitness. High performance is all about learning, growing, and understanding movement based fitness. Students are tested in a variety of fitness and health related components.  Students will set goals related to their performance in the weight room, along with focusing on movement quality. Strength and Conditioning is a great way to transform your body and the class will focus on a variety of tools to improve movement, health, and physical performance.
